WINTER LETS
If you are looking for a winter rate, please get in touch as long term lets are priced differently/substanially discounted from the weekly rate.Prices start at £150 per week for periods of 4 weeks. At all other times (Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar) £250.
Weekly rental prices are all-inclusive and include the cost of clean bed linen and towels for indoor use. For every reservation we require a 50% deposit, with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Water, electricity and heating are included in our rates, however we may ask you to pay for excess cleaning or loss of keys.
