Internet Investments is a trading product of Cyber Creative LLC. This sales agreement is between you and Cyber Creative LLC.
By making payment or an offer for costadelsolrentals.net and upon our acceptance of your offer, you agree to our terms herein.
Your purchase offer is for the domain name registration transfer of costadelsolrentals.net only and does not include any website, software, hardware, hosting, or other services. Any time remaining on the registration period is included in the purchase price.
You are making your purchase offer in good faith with the intent of completing the transaction if your offer is accepted. We also make the sale in good faith and intend to complete the transaction. costadelsolrentals.net is sold "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
For domains with the price advertised and a buy now button:
The price of the domain is as advertised and is not open to offers. For the security of both yourself, the buyer and ourselves the seller, all payments should be made via Pay Pal, Please contact us for alternative payment methods.
For domains with Make an Offer displayed:
All offers must be in excess of €500 to be considered. We will not respond to lower offers. If we receive multiple purchase offers for costadelsolrentals.net, we will decide which offer to accept at our sole discretion. If we reject your offer, you are welcome to submit another, higher offer.
Upon acceptance of your offer we will send you a request for payment via Pay Pal. Payments are made to Cyber Creative LLC.
The sales transaction becomes binding only when you make payment.
Once we receive the funds in our Pay Pal account we will change the registrant details to yours. We will then unlock the domain and send you the transfer authorisation code so that you can request a transfer to your registrar of choice.
We reserve the right to cancel a transaction for any reason, subject to a refund of any payments you have made.
Once you have made payment and costadelsolrentals.net has been transferred to you, you are the new owner of the Domain Name. As the new owner, you are responsible to pay annual renewal fees charged by your registrar to keep your domain registration current.
If you would like us to manage the domain for you through our registrar account, the charge is 30€ per year including the domain registration fee.
